‘Empowering Educators’ is a one-of-its-kind immersive workshop experience, curated by Ritesh, in which the participants discover their core self and access it to become inspired educators, driven inside out, upholding the school’s values and vision, and thereby contributing positively to the school culture, classroom environment, teaching-learning experiences, and brand reputation.

The workshop combines techniques of open dialogue, guided self-reflection, and hands-on activities to help educators discover the ‘why’ behind ‘who’ they are, ‘what’ they do, ‘when’ they are at their best, and ‘where’ they aspire to reach, and use this discovery to align with the core system of the school.

‘Stimulating Students’ is an exploratory workshop designed for students to address one of the most common problems that parents and schools feel high-schoolers today face i.e., exposure to an overload of information, resulting in confusion or even worse a misinformed sense of clarity.
